RPL in Hydrocarbon Sector Skill Council

Hydrocarbon Sector Skill Council (HSSC) proposed to certify manpower engaged with authorised agencies, dealers & contractors under IOCL, HPCL and BPCL, covering four trades i.e. Retail Outlet Attendant (Oil & Gas), LPG Delivery Personnel, LPG Mechanic & Tank Lorry Driver (Petroleum Products) under the PMKVY RPL Type-4 Best in Class Employer Scheme. HSSC proposed 9.55 lakh personnel to be covered under the above four trades on PAN India basis in span of Twelve Months.

Launch of Project:

The project was launched by HSSC on 15.06.2018at IOCL COCO Retail Outlet in Jangpura New Delhi location. This was the first assessment of 9 candidates in Retail Outlet Attendant (Oil & Gas) trade. The project will be on full swing from July onwards, once the orientation of all identified ‘Employer Assessor’ will be completed.
